Standard trucks can haul around 50’ long panels.  Beyond that, the costs and inconveniences prevent the ability to provide a continuous length panel.  This means that roof systems require unsightly end laps that are vulnerable to roof leaks.  In addition, end laps in Standing Seam panels  create challenges in addressing thermal movement.

Don’t settle for anything less than a continuous length panel on your metal roof.  More importantly, don’t limit your designs based on manufacturing and delivery capabilities.
